Sale of Murra Warra Wind Farm to Partners Group
RES recently announced that together with Macquarie Capital, it has successfully secured equity funding for the construction of the first stage of Murra Warra Wind Farm. The Wind Farm has been acquired from RES and Macquarie Capital by global private markets investment manager Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients. RES will continue to oversee the construction and ongoing management of the Wind Farm.
Murra Warra has already entered into long-term power purchase agreements for a substantial portion of its generation output with investment grade commercial and industrial customers including Telstra, Coca-Cola Amatil, ANZ, the University of Melbourne and Monash University.
